After my take on SIP Milk Tea + Pearl Topping, another tea I had the chance to try was one of SIP?s best seller-the Strawberry Cheesecake Tea.

This?Strawberry Cheesecake Tea?is very interesting. I did try their Mango Cheesecake Tea but I prefer this one over the latter.

Strawberry Cheesecake Tea is basically a cheesecake in a tea. I know, eyebrows are raising now.hahhah Well, SIP is the only tea house that offers this signature drink. ?You?ll notice (in the above image) that the top layer is the liquid cheesecake and the bottom, obviously, is the strawberry tea. The taste? A burst of flavors in your mouth! Price: P120

The add more flavor and color to the drink, the bubbly liquid cheesecake was topped with cheesecake crumbs.

Want some magic? Try mixing your Strawberry Cheesecake Tea.?From its original red color, it will amazingly produce an orange-y shade. Not only that, from 2 layers, another layer will form right between the liquid cheesecake and the tea. Impressive, right?

I ordered Fried Siomai to partner with my Strawberry Cheesecake Tea. Know what? The two were like a couple in love on my palate. A perfect match! Well, if you don?t like the combination, you can still match your drink with other SIP ?things to nibble?:
