Hays Human Resources are seeking to appoint a Human Resources Business Leader for a direct 10 month contract.

As an integral member of both the Executive Leadership Team and Human Resources Function nationally, this is a strategic leadership role with a primary focus to establish, lead and drive the Human Resource Strategy across this large iconic business in the Energy Sector.

You will be a thought leader of a team of HR professionals and to the Business, providing expert advice at the senior leadership level, influencing high impact, commercially focussed outcomes across the organisation. Your extensive background supporting commercial sales operations in large complex business environments will be imperative to your success in this large multi-national organisation.

As a strategic HR Generalist, you will be res ponsible for support and management of both long and short-term strategies, as well as leading a HR team delivering operationally for the business. You will deliver the full scope of human resource responsibilities including organisational development programs, leadership development, workforce and succession planning, talent management and employee/industrial relations.

As the successful applicant, you will be comfortable with managing large scale HR projects along with driving a change agenda with key stakeholders. You will be tenacious, credible and have a hands-on approach with outstanding communication and influencing skills. Interstate Travel will be required.

This is a Senior HR opportunity available in Adelaide market for a direct 10-12 month contract. The salary will be negotiable with the successful applicant.
